I provide supervision for early-career therapists and practitioners seeking reflective guidance in their work. Supervision focuses on developing clinical skills, encouraging self-reflection, and supporting professional growth within an ethical and affirming framework. My approach emphasises sensitivity to cultural contexts, systemic influences, and the complexities of working with diverse clients.

Corporate Wellness Services
I create and lead wellness programs for organisations and educational institutes that focus on supporting both individuals and teams. These sessions combine psychological insights with practical tools to foster resilience, enhance communication, and promote workplace well-being. Each program is designed with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in mind, so that people feel supported not just as employees, but as whole individuals.

About me
I’m Prapti – a psychotherapist on my own journey of becoming and exploring my identity, alongside the journey of those I work with. I hold an M.Sc. in Psychological Counselling and have training in various Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, but my experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences has taught me the value of slowing down and looking deeper.

My approach to therapy is relational and largely informed by psychodynamic principles, focusing on the connections between our past, present, and how we understand ourselves.
In therapy, I try to create a space where people can feel at ease being themselves. A space that honours different identities and lived experiences, while also paying attention to the social and systemic forces that shape us.
